2021 Sienna redefines the minivan segment
The 2021 Sienna will be exclusively hybrid! In fact, every 2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid to come to your Toyota dealer in Longueuil, on the South Shore of Montreal, will be powered by a powertrain consisting of a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder internal combustion engine, a rear-wheel-mounted electric motor, the Hybrid Synergy Drive system unique to Toyota vehicles, and an electronic continuously variable transmission (ECVT).
Fully self-recharging, you don't need to plug in the Sienna to power its lithium-ion battery, as its energy regenerative braking system takes care of that while you're driving.
A front-wheel drive or electronically controlled on-demand all-wheel-drive system joins this high-tech powertrain. Note that the 2021 Sienna Hybrid is the only minivan to be offered with the all-wheel drive option.
Energy-efficient Power
The 2021 Sienna Hybrid's powertrain produces 243 horsepower, a towing capacity of 3,500 lb and a fuel efficiency rating of 7.1 L/100 km (combined city/highway). Compared to gas-powered minivans, you reduce the carbon footprint of every ride you take with your Sienna Hybrid by nearly 50%.
Entertainment and Communication
The Sienna Hybrid offers several choices of integrated connectivity/sound systems. The entry-range version of the Sienna Hybrid comes standard with Hands-Free Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a 9-inch touch screen, 7 USB ports, AM/FM radio and 6 speakers.
The XSE, XSE Technology, Limited and Platinum versions come standard with Premium Audio with Remote, embedded navigation and a free one-year trial of several built-in features such as Destination Assist and Safety Connect. Limited and Platinum models feature a JBL Premium Audio system with 12 speakers, 1200-watt amplifier and Clari-Fi digital restoration technology.
